Terms of Service
- The artist has the right to decline any commission for any reason;- Clients need to provide references picture for concepts and character design, Artist would asks more if it necessary;- Clients get PNG transparent and JPG file;- 50% payment upfront before sketch (more preferred), full payment after the sketch approved. Payment by PayPal (USD) or Local Bank (IDR);- Refund can only be issued by the Artist if the Artist is unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe or due to specific constraints;- Progress will take 1-2 weeks after sketch, depends on complexity;- You can cancel the commission, but only at the sketch stage;- The Intellectual Property is yours, but the Artwork is still mine. Both sides can post commission result with CREDIT. (But please let me know if there’s a condition where I’m not allowed to post it);- Final result will be send through e-mail/ google drive;- Commission result are PROHIBITED to give to NFT or feed to AI;- Commercial use info below.
